Puppies rearing
Our puppies are born in a whelping box. They grow up in it for the first 2-3 weeks.
At 3-4 weeks they move to the indoor play area in the middle of our living room, so the puppies get to know our children, our cats and all everyday noises (vacuum cleaning, etc.) right from the start. At this point in time we also start feeding them fresh meat by hand, using the clicker in a targeted manner.
If the weather permits, we will also be out and about a lot in our large garden and separate puppy area from the 4th week.
From the 5th week, the puppies can be visited and selected.
We also practice potty training, driving, resting, taking short trips and much more. This is how we optimally prepare the babies for their new life in their new family.
Welpenaufzucht
Unsere Welpen werden in einer Wurfkiste geboren. Die ersten 2-3 Wochen wachsen sie darin auf.
Mit 3-4 Wochen ziehen sie in den Indoorspielbereich mitten bei uns in der Wohnstube, so lernen die Welpen von Anfang an unsere Kinder, unsere Katzen und alle Alltagsgeräuche (Staubsaugen ect.) kennen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt beginnen wir auch die Zufütterung mit Frischfleich per Hand und setzen dabei gezielt den Clicker ein.
Sollte es das Wetter hergeben, sind wir ab der 4. Woche auch viel in unserem großen Garten und abgegrenzten Welpenbereich unterwegs.
Ab der 5. Woche dürfen die Welpen besucht werden und ausgesucht werden.
Außerdem üben wir Stubenreinheit, Autofahren, Ruheübung, unternehmen kleinere Ausflüge und vieles mehr. So bereiten wir die Babys optimal auf ihr neues Leben in der neuen Familie vor.
Puppies go in their new homes
After exciting weeks with mom and dad, it’s time to say goodbye.
Before the babies are allowed to move out, there is still a vet appointment for vaccinations, chipping and a health check.
Our babies move out with a bulging suitcase so that it is easier to settle into their new home.
Included in the case are:
* ASDR papers
* Vaccination status card
* Food for the first few days
* Harness and leash and much more
Most of the things in the case are made by me with a lot of love by hand.
Abgabe
Nach spannenden Wochen bei Mama und Papa heißt es irgendwann Abschied nehmen.
Bevor die Babys ausziehen dürften steht aber noch der Tierarzttermin an Impfen, Chippen und Gesundheitscheck.
Unsere Babys ziehen mit einem prall gefüllten Koffer aus, damit es im neuen Zuhause mit der Eingewöhnung leichter fällt.
Im Köfferchen u.a. enthalten:
* ASDR Papiere
* Impfstatuskarte
* Futter für die ersten Tage
* Geschirr und Leine u.v.m.
Die meisten Sachen im Köfferchen werden durch mich mit viel Liebe per Hand selbst hergestellt.
